Welcome to our Training page! Mountain Biking is a great platform for getting fit in a safe and enjoyable environment. We have fitness programmes in group and individual formats for riders trying the first event at AIMS Games right through to Elite international athletes. Our Training programmes aim to make sure riders are fit for purpose to achieve their goals, this extends beyond physical into mental and dynamic learning.
