credit/refund eligibility is determined by communication timing and adherence to
DirtCraft’s policies.
Risk, Safety & Conduct
Inherent Risk
Mountain biking carries risks that may result in serious injury or death. Trail gradings
indicate hazard levels, but conditions, terrain, and rider capability vary. Riders accept
these risks and must operate within their limits.
Safety Expectations
DirtCraft provides experienced coaches and aims to match challenge levels to rider
ability. Riders are never pressured to attempt skills or features beyond their comfort
zone and may opt out safely. Overconfident riders may be advised against certain
features.
Behaviour & Responsibility
Riders must follow all instructions and conduct themselves respectfully. Misconduct
or unsafe behaviour may result in exclusion or penalties. Riders are responsible for
their own equipment and bike security. Certain sessions may involve unsupervised
time—riders must act responsibly.

DirtCraft enforces a zero-tolerance policy for alcohol, drugs, cigarettes, and e-
cigarettes for all participants, staff, and coaches during any programme or event.

participation, either during registration or as situations develop. It is the riders responsibility to carry their own mediciation with them.
